With your Assessment done, book a free Implementation Call with one of our Culture Experts who will help you interpret your results and turn them into specific actions you can take away and deliver.
If you decide to sign up to the Versapia platform, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Culture Expert who will get to know your company in depth - your goals, challenges, areas of resistance and makeup of the team, to make sure your Culture Strategy is tailored to exactly what you need.
Veriti will conduct a 15-20 minute culture interview with every employee in your organisation to understand the gap between the culture you think you have and the one that really exists.
By analysing your Culture Assessment, Onboarding Meeting and Employee Interviews, Veriti will create a customised Culture Strategy for your organisation. Your Culture Expert will review and modify it before the final draft is presented to you for approval.

Once your actions are complete and your Culture Strategy’s been implemented, your Culture Expert will review what worked, what didn’t, where you are today and how priorities have shifted.
