The Versapiens manifesto

I’ve been spending a lot of time recently thinking about what we’re building at Versapia. And I mean, a LOT of time.

Yes, we’re a software company. Yes, we’re building a platform to drive high performance culture. And yes, we’re leveraging AI to make that possible.

But something’s been nagging at me, something that tells me I’m missing an important piece of the puzzle.

The last thing the world needs is another HR Tech company, and that’s not really what we’re creating. Our overarching goal, our true north star, is to give leaders and entrepreneurs the tools, knowledge and insights they need to turn their ideas into innovations that change the world for the better.

My strong belief is that a lack of deliberate focus on team and culture is what holds most companies back from delivering on their potential. That’s why we’re building Versapia with this focus. But that’s just the vehicle we’re choosing.

What we’re really doing is building a movement, a community of leaders, innovators and visionaries intent on shaping the future.

What do movements need? Unifying beliefs. A set of standards to rally around. So, the Versapiens movement needs a manifesto. Here it is:

Versapiens believe in the power of people and culture to drive organisations that shape the world.

We’re optimistic about the future, we embrace technology and we’re grounded in humanity.

We seek the truth, even if it hurts, and once we find it we take action.

Versapiens are leaders, innovators, change-makers and visionaries.

We’re intentional, we take ownership and we deliver impact.

We challenge convention, look for a better way and bring others with us.

We refuse to accept broken culture, poor leadership and wasted potential.

When the chips are down, Versapiens find a way and when we’re on top, we find the next level.

We are Versapiens, and together, we create what’s next.
